Delivery

If the selected items are in stock, your order will be delivered to your shipping address within 5 business days.

For residential addresses, orders will be sent by SF-express. If no one is at home to take delivery a pick-up slip will be provided, and the product can be picked up at the closest station.

For commercial addresses, orders will also be sent by SF-express.

Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm.

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.

Delivery service is suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify PCL-Ltd.com.hk immediately of any change to their delivery address.

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You are strongly advised to contact your local customs office for further information.
